Pakistan is in a strong position in the Abu Dhabi Test against Australia. At the end of day two Pakistan have a lead of 281 runs with 8 wickets in hand.

On day two, Australia resumed batting on 20/2 and needed a big partnership but their batsmen were clueless against Mohammad Abbas and eventually, team bowled out for just 145 runs and conceded 137 runs lead to Pakistan. Mohammad Abbas finished with five wickets and Bilal Asif also sent three Aussie batsmen to pavilion. In the second innings, Pakistan finished day two on 144/2 with the help of Fakhar Zaman's 66 and Azhar Ali's unbeaten 54 runs.
