India head coach Ravi Shastri is confident about Indian bowlers, especially Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammad Shami doing well in the upcoming Test against New Zealand.

Crushed in the first match by 10 wickets, India needs their pace attack to fire in the second match to not lose the series. The pitch will be assisting fast bowlers and in such conditions, it is a must for the pacers to step up.

Shami and Bumrah picked up one wicket each in the first Test match. But Shastri believes the duo may bag a fifer in the next match. He was very confident while addressing the media.

But his overconfidence got him in trouble on social media, as fans slammed Shastri for his cocky comments. Bumrah hasn't done well since his return and that's a concerning sign for the team. After such comments, it may add more pressure on the 26-year-old.

Fans reacted to the statement on Twitter and came up with hilarious tweets.
