NZ v IND 2019: COC Predicted Team India Playing XI for third T20I

India and New Zealand are tied 1-1 in T20I series with one match to go.

The only possible change in the Indian playing XI can be Kuldeep Yadav replacing Yuzvendra Chahal | AFP

Team India came back strongly in the second T20I at Auckland to beat New Zealand by 7 wickets to equal the 3-match series 1-1. New Zealand had chosen to bat first in the second T20I, but Indian bowlers fared better than Wellington and kept the Kiwi batters in check.

Now the third and deciding T20I will be played in Seddon Park, Hamilton with New Zealand looking to win one back as India had won the ODI series 4-1. Indian team got their act straight in the second T20I, as the bowlers managed to not give away lots of runs in the early overs and then chased down the target with efficiency.

Indian team would like to go away from New Zealand with another series win under their belt and keeping this in mind, Team COC presents the Predicted Team India playing XI for the third T20I.

The Indian bowlers were at their best, as they got the openers out early and even when a partnership developed between De Grandhomme and Taylor, they didn’t panic and kept the pressure on. Krunal Pandya benefitted from Chahal building pressure from the other end, while Khaleel Ahmed bounced back wonderfully from his disastrous 2nd T20I performance.

The only change that team management can make here is to bring in Kuldeep Yadav for Yuzvendra Chahal, to give Chahal a break from the constant cricket he has been playing.

On the batting end, the team is doing wonderfully well and with the team yet to be declared for the Australia series at home and management signaling resting some of the key players, including some of the batsmen, they might want to give it their all to become winners of the T20I series as well.

COC Predicted India Playing XI for the third T20I:
Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma (C), MS Dhoni (WK), Rishabh Pant, Dinesh Karthik, Krunal Pandya, Hardik Pandya, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Kuldeep Yadav, Kuldeep Yadav, Khaleel Ahmed
