Jason Holder and Shane Dowrich has put West Indies in a very strong position against England in the first Test in Barbados. On day three, West Indies resumed batting on 127/6 with a lead of 339 runs.

Jason Holder and Shane Dowrich took the charge and kept on smashing England bowlers all over the park. Both the batsmen brought up their respective hundreds and after the completion of his double hundred Jason Holder declared their innings on 415/6 with a lead of 627 runs and set a mammoth target of 628 runs for the visitors.

In reply, England ended day three on 56/0 and still need 572 runs to win the game. Jason Holder (202*) and Shane Dowrich (116*) set the following records -
