India's tour of New Zealand will kick off with a five-match ODI series that starts in Napier on coming Wednesday (23 January). After a successful Australia tour (2-1 Tests, 2-1 ODIs & 1-1 T20Is) team India will look to carry their winning momentum into New Zealand series well.
Both teams have won their last a few series in this format, so it is going to be a competitive series. Jasprit Bumrah is rested for this series as well so it'll be a real test for Indian bowling unit against New Zealand's strong batting line up on small grounds. On the other hand, New Zealand too will look to do stretch their winning spree after the series win in Pakistan and against Sri Lanka at home earlier this month.
