Smriti Mandhana gains three places to attain 4th spot in ICC Women's T20I batting rankings

Harmanpreet Kaur remained static at ninth in the same list.

India’s Smriti Mandhana on Friday (February 14) climbed three spots to attain fourth position while Jemimah Rodrigues dropped to seventh in the latest released ICC Women's T20I rankings for batters. Another Indian to feature in the top 10 is skipper Harmanpreet Kaur (9th).

Among the bowlers, Poonam Yadav went down six places to fall out of the top 10 and claim the 12th spot.

New Zealand's Suzie Bates retained her top spot in the batting chart. Bates' team-mate Sophie Devine also rose four spots to No. 2.

Australia opener Beth Mooney, who made two half-centuries during the recently held tri-series, also moved upward to No. 3 while Meg Lanning, despite dropping three-position, hung on to the top five.

Ellyse Perry's stellar showing with the ball gave her a jump of four places to No.7. England fast bowler Anya Shrubsole dropped six places to fall out of the top 20. Anuja Patil and Delissa Kimmince lost out big as well, falling 11 places to 31, and 14 places to 33 respectively.

In the list of all-rounders, Sophie Devine reached pinnacle after gaining one position while Nat Sciver also advanced one place to round out the top three.
