Former Pakistan captain Rashid Latif has on Wednesday, December 25, shockingly picked the 2010 spot-fixing scandal, that rocked the Pakistan country, as his favorite cricketing moment of the decade.

The spot-fixing scandal in September 2010 involving the Pakistan cricket team rocked the cricketing world – which saw then-captain Salman Butt and the pace duo of Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Amir banned for five years and spending time in the prison as well.

The three players were suspended by the International Cricket Council (ICC) after being accused of having carried out specific on-field actions – 'spot-fixing', including bowling no-balls at pre-determined times during the Lord's Test between England and Pakistan on the instance of a bookie named Mazhar Majeed, who was also booked on a charge of match-fixing.
