Kevin Pietersen solves Cricket South Africa’s woes in a single tweet

"Today I played football with a brilliant team of 10-year-old girls - the future of women's football is bright! We will invest 550 million euros in grassroots football so more people can play this wonderful sport." Boris Johnson's Twitter post read.

Pietersen got an eye on the tweet and he was quick to ask whether they are even considering cricket or not? "Cricket?" Kevin asked.

The 39-year-old has been one of England's most prominent Test cricketer. He has played 104 Test matches for the country. The South Africa-born has a huge fanbase and good influence.

England women's team has been very successful and deserves care on the grassroots level too. They have produced positive results at the international level. Not to forget, England had defeated India in the World Cup 2017 final. The women's side also has a T20I World Cup win by their name in 2009.
