Among the greatest batsmen of his time, Sunil Gavaskar shared his all-time T20I XI of Indian cricket team. He named Sachin Tendulkar in the squad, only cricketer from the 90s to make it into the side.

Gavaskar paired up Virender Sehwag with modern India star batter Rohit Sharma for the opening spot. Both are knowing for their explosive batting in fielding restrictions.

Virat Kohli is picked for the number 4 batting position, right after Sachin. He also included the 'sixer king' Yuvraj Singh in the line-up. Yuvraj was India's hero in the World T20 2007 win.

MS Dhoni may have received criticism for his batting in the shorter format, but Gavaskar knows he was a recognized force during his peak. He added him as a wicket-keeper batsman.

All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja also made it into the side. He has been doing well lately. His batting ability was doubted, but the Saurashtra cricketer has shown improvement.

Zaheer Khan leads the bowling attack. There are some other impressive names in the side with fast bowlers Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Surprisingly, Gavaskar added Harbhajan Singh and not a wrist spinner.
