As Shah Rukh Khan, Bollywood superstar and co-owner of the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), turned another year older on Saturday, November 2, wishes poured in on social media from sports personalities to his co-actors and fans for the legendary actor.

Former New Zealand captain Brendon McCullum also wished the Badshah of Bollywood, who has conquered the world with his charm and aura, his 54th birthday with a heartwarming post on Twitter.

McCullum has an old connection with the Knight Riders franchise co-owned by Shah Rukh Khan, as the Kiwi legend had represented two-time IPL champions KKR from 2008 to 2010 as a player and is currently the head coach of Trinbago Knight Riders in West Indies' Caribbean Premier League (CPL) and even recently named head coach of the KKR for the IPL 2020.

Taking to Twitter on Monday (November 4), McCullum shared a special birthday post for the Knight Riders co-owner and the actor was also quick to respond to his greeting in SRK style.

McCullum wrote, “A belated Happy Bday wishes to the Boss @iamsrk. ???? Fun, kind, loyal and inspiring! Hope you have a great day and thanks for believing in me always.”

Meanwhile, SRK replied “Thank u Baz’igar!! (You might have to look that one up)” referring to his super hit movie Baazigar in 1993 where he played the title role to perfection.

Noteworthy, on the occasion of Shah Rukh’s birthday, the iconic Burj Khalifa was lit up with SRK's name in his honor to wish him on his birthday.
