Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya didn't achieve success overnight. It's been a long journey full of ups and downs. The Baroda cricketer had nothing, but the passion for the game which kept him going despite a tough life. Pandya used to go for local cricket matches where he made a name for himself.

A recent Twitter post by Pandya reflects the hard work he did to reach where he is right now. Not to forget, there was a time when Hardik and his brother used to eat only noodles. Now the time has changed. Hard work has been paid rich dividends, and both Hardik and Krunal are now big stars of Indian cricket.

Pandya shared a picture from his past where he can be seen standing in a truck to travel and play local matches. He captioned the photo: "To those days when I would travel in a truck to play local matches which has taught me so much.. It's been an amazing journey so far..Hell yes, I love this sport!"

Hardik got into the limelight after his powerful hitting in Indian Premier League for Mumbai Indians. He went on to make debut for India in 2016 against New Zealand under the captaincy of MS Dhoni. Kapil Dev gave him the Indian cap.
