Legendary Sachin Tendulkar has finally been inducted into International Cricket Council's prestigious Hall of Fame following the necessary completion of five years from his retirement in 2013.

Tendulkar was joined in the list by South Africa pace great Allan Donald and two-time World Cup-winning Australian women's cricketer Cathryn Fitzpatrick this Thursday (July 18) after the ICC Annual Conference in London.

"It’s a huge honour for me," said the Master Blaster at the induction ceremony.

Tendulkar, who remains the game's leading run-scorer in both Tests and ODIs till date, is also the only batsman to have 100 international hundreds under his belt.

Hailed as one of the most fearsome pacers to have played the game, Donald picked up 330 Test and 272 ODI wickets before retiring in 2003.

Fitzpatrick, on the other hand, is the second-highest wicket-taker of all time in women’s cricket with 180 ODI scalps and 60 in Tests. She also helped the Australian women’s team to three World Cup titles as a coach.
