Jemimah Rodrigues to play in England’s Kia Super League

Jemimah Rodrigues is all set to play in England’s Kia Super League (KSL) as the Indian cricketer has been named in the Yorkshire Diamonds squad for the fourth and final edition of the UK-based Women's Cricket Super League on Tuesday, 11th June.

With the latest development, Rodrigues will join her fellow national players Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur who will also feature in the tournament once again.

Taking to the official Twitter handle, the Yorkshire Diamonds have announced their 15-member squad for the upcoming six-team tournament which will get underway in early August this year.

The Twitter post reads, “BREAKING: The Diamonds have announced their squad for the fourth and final edition of the KSL, which will be replaced by the Hundred from 2020. This summer's competition kicks off in early August.”

Noteworthy, Mumbai-based Jemimah, who made her international debut in February last year, has represented India Women in 10 ODIs and 25 T20Is so far.
