India captain Virat Kohli and actress Anushka Sharma are one of the most adored celebrity couples. They had a huge fan following even when they were apart, but together, they are adored by millions.

No wonder it is so easy to gather people on their name. That is exactly what a Facebook page tried to do when they used the name of the couple to draw the attention of the fans.

A Facebook campaign popped on which posted an opportunity for fans to meet Virat and Anushka. It was basically a contest where the fans had to invite their friends. Whoever invites most friends wins.

"Get the Golden chance of  Lifetime to meet ANUSHKA SHARMA & VIRAT KOHLI in Auckland, New Zealand in an exclusive Meet & Greet Event," read a post on the FB page named Bollywood Reviews FIJI.

One more post was, "Its a Contest Based Entry - You Can WIN FREE TICKETS by sharing this event page on your wall and inviting all your friends to the event."

"The Person who shares the event page and invites the maximum number of their friends will get a Golden Chance to meet Anushka and Virat Face to face Live in NZ. So start sharing the event on the page and inviting your maximum friends," they further wrote.

This event turned out to be fake as the couple Kohli and Anushka aren't in New Zealand. The page also claimed to invite Indian cricketers but as per Mumbai Mirror reports, the source close to Indian team have no idea about the event.
