West Indies announced a quite strong squad for the T20 International series after being whitewashed by Bangladesh in Tests, boosted with the return of hard-hitting batsman Evin Lewis on Friday.
Besides Lewis, who pulled out of the limited-overs tour of India citing personal reasons, Kesrick Williams and Sheldon Cottrell have also made it to the 15-man squad for the three-match T20I Series in Bangladesh, announced by Cricket West Indies on December 14 (Friday).
However, the Caribbean will badly miss the services of their stars -Andre Russell and Ashley Nurse, as the duo are currently recovering from the respective injuries.
While all-rounder Russell is recovering from the knee injury that he picked up just before first India T20I last month, Ashley is nursing a shoulder injury, resulting they haven't been picked for Bangladesh T20Is.
