As soon as former England skipper Michael Vaughan revealed what he witnessed on the flight to Perth, fans started praising Indian captain Virat Kohli. He wrote that Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma gave up their business class seats for India's pacers for the trip from Adelaide to Perth for more comfort.

Anushka joined Kohli in Australia and she was seen in the first Test cheering for the team. The two celebrated their first wedding anniversary on December 11. The couple had tied the knot in a private ceremony in Tuscany on this day last year.

English all-rounder Ben Stokes responded to Vaughan's tweet and said he has witnessed something similar from England head coach Trevor Bayliss. He had done the same during England's tour to India in 2016. “Trevor Bayliss did that for once..,” read Stokes' tweet.

The tweet was misunderstood by the fans and Stokes had to clear that he respects Virat. “Bit of confusion with my last tweet I think, being a bowler I have great respect for Virat doing what he did, I was simply saying our head coach did it for one of our players when we toured India in 2016,” wrote Stokes.

Stuart Broad in the reply also said that he has been treated nicely under Alastair Cook and Joe Root's captaincy. Responding to it, Matt Prior took a jibe and said why no one mentions that?
