Dwayne Bravo has massive fan-following around the world given his presence in almost every T20 franchise tournament.
Recently, the West Indian all-rounder, who is currently leading Maratha Arabians in the T20 Cricket League, made the day of a young Afghanistan cricketer by gifting him his bat on Friday (November 23).
Actually, before the match between Maratha Arabians and Bengal Tigers, Bravo had promised to his fan and teammate – Hazratullah Zazai that he would gift him one of his bats if he manages to score a fifty in the game.
However, the young Afghan sensation accepted the challenge and entertained the Sharjah crowd with his sizzling batting here, cracked 76 runs in just 35 deliveries with as many as 10 fours and four massive maximums to help the Arabians to beat Tigers by 9-wickets at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.
Hazratullah has not only won the challenge given by his captain –Bravo but was also awarded the Player of the Match award for his brilliant efforts with the willow against the Tigers last night.
Impressing with the youngster’s magnificent show at Sharjah, Bravo fulfilled his promise by gifting his bat to the "special talent". He went on his official Instagram handle to share a picture of him with the talented batsman and reveals the same following the match on Friday.
His post reads, “What a knock!!!! From this special talent #HazratullahZazai i said to him if you score 50 I will give u one of my bats. #champion #DoneWar.”
