The International Cricket Council (ICC) made a change in name of one of their major event. They made an announcement on Friday that ICC World T20 will now be called as ICC T20 World Cup.

Former England cricketer Michael Vaughan took a dig at ICC's decision. He believes it doesn't make any difference to the tournament.

Pouring sarcasm in his tweet, Vaughan reacted to the change in name and wrote, "That’s the best news I heard all year ... it’s been affecting me so much !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  such a huge change ...."

ICC's official website says, "The renaming of the event is also aimed at cementing the importance this event holds in the international cricket calendar and ensuring parity across all three formats of the game."

The next edition of men's and women's 20-over World Cup will be played in 2020 in Australia. They will host the first women's T20 World Cup between February 21 and March 8 in 2020, with the men's T20 World Cup to be played from October 18 to November 15.
