ICC signs five-year deal with fantasy sports website Dream 11

Cricket fans all across the globe will now get the opportunity to select their fantasy teams after the official team squads are announced for all ICC events.

India’s renowned fantasy sports digital platform Dream 11 has become the official “fantasy games partner” of International Cricket Council (ICC) for the next five years.

As per a press release, cricket fans all across the globe will now get the opportunity to select their fantasy teams after the official team squads are announced for all ICC events.

The media release from Dream11 also stated that they will develop and operate fantasy games related to all ICC events, which will include “T20 matches, World Cup and Test matches, across major Men, Women, Junior and Qualifier events”.

Commenting on the association, ICC CEO David Richardson said, “The ICC is delighted to welcome Dream11 on board to deliver a fantasy cricket platform for cricket’s one billion plus fans across all ICC events. Giving fans the opportunity to enjoy our sport in more ways, by playing fantasy cricket throughout the tournament or for individual games, is important to us.”

The CEO and Co-Founder of Dream 11, Harsh Jain, also expressed his delight over the deal with ICC till 2023.

The ICC Dream11 partnership will provide the best, most trusted fantasy cricket experience to billions of fans globally. It is worth mentioning here that former India captain MS Dhoni is the brand ambassador of Dream 11.
