WATCH: Fan dedicates world's largest clay lamp mosaic art to Virat Kohli

In a cricket crazy nation like India, fans express their love for their favorite cricketers in a different way to get noticed easily.

Recently, a fan of Indian skipper Virat Kohli came up with a huge clay lamp mosaic. As Diwali is around, Abaasaheb Shewale created the mosaic art using 4,482 diyas. It is said to be 9.5 foot wide and 14 foot long in measurements. Th

ere are five co-artists as well, named, Snehal Shewale, Tanuja Shewale, Suraj Gole, Kumar Hadwale and Rupesh Tandel. It took eight hours to create the Kohli diya mosaic.

The art is up on display at the Seawood Grand Central Mall in Navi Mumbai.

Talking to NDTV, the artist Shewale said it's world's largest clay diya mosaic and he is also looking to get featured in Guinness Book of World Record.

"I have applied for the Guinness World Record, India Book of Records and Unique World Records," he said. "It was created in honor of Kohli's birthday and well as Diwali," added Shewale. The artwork looks beautiful when looked from a top view. It has various colors of diyas.

Virat will celebrate his 30th birthday on November 5, a couple of days before the festival of lights.
