Lasith Malinga allegedly gets exposed in India's #MeToo movement

From actors like Nana Patekar, Alok Nath to politicians and bureaucrats like MJ Akbar to cricketers like Arjuna Ranatunga; every one is being exposed with stories of their perverseness towards women.

The latest celebrity to be exposed in this movement is Sri Lankan fast bowler and 2014 World T20 winning captain Lasith Malinga.

Bollywood singer Chinmayi Sripada shared an account of a woman who wished to remain anonymous. The woman recalls a harrowing account of how the Sri Lankan cricketer and Mumbai Indians bowling mentor had harassed her in a hotel room in Mumbai.
