Punam Raut is all set to lead the India A Women's Team in the three-match One-Day series against Australia A to be held at the BKC Ground, Mumbai from October 15 to 19.

The Indian Women's selection committee has announced a 15-member squad for the home series on Thursday (October 11) featuring several ODI experienced players with the likes of Mona Meshram, Sushma Verma, Shikha Pandey, and Rajeshwari Gayakwad.

Besides One Dayers, India will also host a strong Australia A squad for three T20s in Mumbai, which marks the first officials A tour for Australia’s women cricketers since a reform of the National Talent Pathway last year.

Meanwhile, the India A squad for T20s against Australia A will be named later, says the media release.

The one-dayers between India and Australia will be played at the BCCI’s Bandra-Kurla Complex stadium in Mumbai on October 15, 17 and 19 respectively.
