Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell is a supremely fit athlete who can’t only able to run extremely fast between the wickets, but also an energetic and effervescent fielder and has the ability to turn the match in favor with his brilliant skills on the boundary.

Maxwell, who is an all-around package of batting, bowling, fielding, and attitude, has once again proved why he is one of the best fielders in the world when he affected a run-out and two catches for Victoria during the second semi-final of the JLT One-day Cup at Melbourne on October 7.

However, the 29-year-old’s one-handed stunner was the most entertaining part of the thrilling encounter between Western Australia and Victoria on Sunday.

At Melbourne, Maxwell couldn’t fire with the willow, but he was fantastic with his electric fielding, as the all-rounder’s special effort ran out WA Captain Ashton Turner, but it was his exceptional effort to send Usman Qadir back to the pavilion that stole the show in the semi-final here.

The fans were quick to point out Maxwell's casual reaction after taking the one-handed stunner, which brought down the curtains on the match, as Victoria thrashed the defending champions Western Australia by 63 runs to book their place for the summit clash where they will face Tasmania on Wednesday (October 10). Twitterati lauded the all-rounder’s attitude and efforts on Twitter.
