Brendon Mccullum makes fun of David Warner's century celebration

Both Warner and Smith are expected to be back for Australia's World Cup and Ashes campaigns next year.

Banned Australian cricketers Steve Smith and David Warner came back to form by scoring heavy runs in grade Australian cricket. Smith scored a patient half-century at the Glenn McGrath Oval, before getting caught at mid-on off a leading edge on 85.

Meanwhile, David Warner scored a century for his side against St George at Coogee Oval. He celebrated the milestone with a trademark leap in the air. Smith’s knock came on the same day Australia’s former vice-captain David Warner made his return to club cricket in Australia. Warner will play for Randwick=Petersham against St George at Coogee Oval.

Former Blackcaps opener and skipper Brendon McCullum took to Twitter to pass a humorous remark at Warner’s flamboyant celebration. He tweeted, “Geez Davey! This celebration is the equivalent of Sir Ed Hillary giving it large climbing his front steps, post-Everest! Hahaha. Or in horse racing parlance, it’s similar to if @HugeBowman was to give it “she’s apples” in a maiden midweek at Wyong! Ahahahaha.”

The explosive left-hander is likely to miss out on the important series against India which begins in November this year. India are scheduled to play 3 T20Is, 4 Test matches and 3 ODIs Down Under.

Here is Mccullum's tweet for Warner.
