Ranveer Singh recently met  MS Dhoni and as it is known that the actor never shies away from expressing his love for fellow celebrities, he shared a picture on social media with former Indian skipper in which both of them can be seen sporting a broad smile. 

Following this adorable picture of the two on the social media, this would not be wrong to say that Ranveer and Dhoni are the new cool bffs in the town.

The talented Bollywood actor posted a picture of himself with Dhoni on his official social media handle, in which, Ranveer can be seen has his hand around Dhoni’s shoulder as the duo smiled at the camera.

In the picture, Dhoni dons a casual look in a black t-shirt, while Ranveer can be seen wearing a jersey with gold-rimmed glasses with tousled hair and the duo looks super dapper in the post.

Meanwhile, the sports enthusiast actor is currently preparing for his next film "83" Directed by Kabir Khan, which will depict India’s historic World Cup win in 1983 under Kapil Dev and Ranveer will be playing former Indian skipper.

The last few days, the 33-year-old actor has been spending time with cricketers to get better the touch of his role in the film as he recently met Cricket Icon Sachin Tendulkar and now Dhoni. He took to Instagram on Friday (7 September) to share a picture of himself with Dhoni with a caption, “Good Times with Mahi Bhai @mahi7781 #Lionheart #MSD#TheGreatest.”

Noteworthy, it is learned that Kapil Dev has agreed to personally coach Ranveer for a week in November to make sure the actor gets his mannerisms and signature shots right. The shooting of the film “83” will begin in December 2018, while slated to release on April 10, 2020.
