PICS: Team India celebrates India’s 72nd Independence Day in England

India will play the third Test of the five-match series at Trent Bridge, Nottingham from August 18. India is already 0-2 down in the series; they lost the first Test by 31 runs and were humiliated in the second Test at Lord’s by an innings and 159 runs, as they were bowled out for 107 and 130 in reply to England’s 396 runs declared.

Indian cricket team celebrated the Independence Day at the Taj London and they did it by hoisting the tricolor and singing the national anthem. The players shared the images and wishes on Twitter.

Fast bowler Umesh Yadav wished in Hindi saying "स्वतंत्रता दिवस के शुभ अवसर पर सभी भारतवासियों को शुभकामनाएं। जय हिंद। "

India's left arm chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav tweeted, "It's a great feeling to be an Indian. May the tricolour always fly high. Happy Independence Day ???????? Jai hind ! "

Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah, who has been missing in action since the first T20I against Ireland, tweeted, "Freedom is nothing but a chance to be better". ????????
