Rashid Khan's mystery spin takes Sussex to a win against Essex

Afghanistan's spinner, Rashid Khan who has been so effective with his mystery spin lately led his side Sussex to defend 181 against Essex in the England T20 Blast. In his debut match for Sussex, he clinched two wickets by conceding 25 runs in his spell.  Rashid Khan is very hard to pick for the batsmen, especially non-Asian players. 

The 19-year old cricketer has played very well for Afghanistan, he has played 77 ODI matches and taken 159 wickets at a bowling average of 13.3. The leg-spinner is now taking part in the English domestic T20 tournament for Sussex which beat Essex by 36 runs in their first match of the tournament.

The leg-spinner even had a brilliant season of IPL for Sunrisers Hyderabad, where he took 21 wickets in the whole tournament and was one of the key players for his franchise. Although his first time experience with the red-ball was not quite good against India as his team lost the match in two days of the game. 

On his debut match for Sussex, the leg-spinner scalped two wickets with taking crucial wickets of Ravi Bopara and Varun Chopra to which Sussex Cricket club posted his wicket video on their Twitter handle while posting the video, they wrote ???? Get in there, @rashidkhan_19!!!

The final nail in the coffin of the chase for Essex was the wicket of Varun Chopra who was batting well but he was bowled by the leg-spin of Rashid Khan on 64.
