After India's win over Ireland in the first T20 at Malahide, renowned Indian commentator Harsha Bhogle in a series of tweets has reacted over Kl Rahul and Dinesh Karthik's omission from the playing XI in the first T20I. On expressing his views over their exclusion he was surprised with the batting line-up as there was no Rahul and Dinesh Karthik.
 
On his Twitter account, he wrote-No surprises with the bowling but to say I am surprised with the batting line-up is an understatement.

In his second tweet, he had posted I do believe the time has come to acknowledge that KL Rahul is a special talent and the more games he gets under his belt, the better his development. 

Harsha Bhogle thought he would see KL Rahul and Dinesh Karthik in the playing XI as they both the players had a great season of IPL. KL Rahul who was a part of Kings XI Punjab in the latest season of Indian Premier League had a spectacular tournament as he scored 659 runs. Harsha Bhogle wants KL Rahul to play more matches for his betterment.

On being surprised for Dinesh Karthik's exclusion from the team he posted - The last time Dinesh Karthik played a T20 international for India..........

Dinesh Karthik who led Kolkata Knight Riders in the playoffs of IPL 2018 was also not a part of the playing XI in yesterday's game against Ireland in the first T20. He has been a very exciting player for team India in T20s as recently, he struck a six on the last ball of Nidahas Trophy final to let India win against Bangladesh.

The next T20 against Ireland is on 29 June and it will be interesting to see if Dinesh Karthik or KL Rahul gets a chance to play in the coming match as they have immense talent.
