Indian cricket team who are placed at the third spot in ICC T20 rankings can have a shot to move up in the rankings if they remain unbeaten in their 5 upcoming T20 matches against Ireland and England. In the coming two weeks, there will be a total of 13 T20 matches played. England will face Australia in the one-off T20, India will be playing 5 T20 matches with Ireland and England while Pakistan will be playing against Zimbabwe and Australia in a T20 tri-series.

If India wins all their 5 matches, they would get 127 points in the ICC T20 rankings and if England manages to win against Australia and India, they would still reach 126 points. On the other hand, if Zimbabwe displeases Australia and Pakistan in the triangular series, both India and England have a chance to come at number 1 spot.

If Australia wins their one-off T20 match against England and all their league matches in the tri-series against Zimbabwe and Pakistan they would easily go on top of the ICC T20 rankings.

If Indian skipper, Virat Kohli performs really well against England in their upcoming tour, he can also move up from his 8th spot in the ICC T20 rankings.
