Pakistan skipper, Sarfraz Ahmed believes that the T20 triangular series against Australia and Zimbabwe won't be easy for the team as both the nations will have their own dominance while playing against Pakistan.

“Zimbabwe tour is just around the corner but it won’t be easy by any stretch of the imagination,” Sarfraz Ahmed told the media.

Many young guns will get enough opportunity to play against Australia and Zimbabwe, Sahibzada Farhan will be one of them to represent his nation for the first time.

“No team is weak in T20 cricket and hopefully we will perform well in the triangular series,” said Sarfraz. “Young players will be inducted in the side whenever an opportunity arises.”

“Australia are going through a bad patch but they are not a weak side,” he said. “Zimbabwe will also pose a stiff challenge as they will have the advantage of home conditions.

“England scored 481 runs in an ODI against Australia which means will soon see the 500-run barrier being crossed in the 50-over format,” Pakistan captain said.

Sarfraz Ahmed feels ODI cricket is achieving new heights as the other day, England created a world record of scoring the highest team total in ODIs. The captain of the team has played 43 T20 matches for Pakistan, scoring runs at an average of 30. His contribution from behind the wickets will be crucial for Pakistan to do well in the T20 triangular series.

Pakistan's tour to Zimbabwe is starting on July 1 where Zimbabwe will play against Pakistan in the opener of the series.
