England's assistant coach, Paul Farbrace will take charge of England cricket team against Australia and India for the T20 fixtures as Trevor Bayliss will have his attention on talent hunting in County cricket. On Friday, it was announced that Paul Farbrace will take over Bayliss's place for the upcoming T20 fixtures against Australia and India.

Since the Ashes series that happened in Australia, Trevor Bayliss did not get a chance to look out for young talent in the domestic circuit. Trevor Bayliss will be attending some county cricket including the Royal London One Day Cup final between Hampshire and Kent at Lord's cricket ground.

Trevor Bayliss has repeatedly highlighted that coaching an England side in all three formats of the game, leaves him with little time to do anything else. With Paul Farbrace taking over the charge from Bayliss, the later will get more chance to look out for England Lions in the triangular series against India A and Windies A.

England's recent form in the T20s has let them down with winning just five matches out of their 13 games. These four T20 matches against Australia and India will help the team prepare for the next T20 World Cup which is after two years.
