Suresh Raina’s birthday post for his wife Priyanka is winning the internet

Raina has recently replaced Ambati Rayudu in the Indian ODI team for England series.

India’s star batsman Suresh Raina has shared a heartwarming message on social media for his better half Priyanka on the special occasion of her 32nd birthday on Monday (18th June).  

Raina wished his wife in one of the best possible manner and the touching post shared by cricketer on his Twitter handle showed his love and affection for Priyanka. The 31-year-old left-hander married Priyanka on 3rd April 2015 and the couple are now proud parents of their daughter, Gracia.

Off the field, the southpaw is also known to be a family man and loves spending time with his wife and daughter whenever he gets a break from the game. 

Meanwhile, Raina, who is regarded as one of the best fielders in the cricket world, is often seen praising Priyanka for being his support system especially in times of crisis and feels blessed to have her in his life.

On Monday (18 June), Raina took to the micro-blogging site, Twitter, and shared a picture of himself with his wife along with a heart touching message which is winning the internet.

In his post, Raina described ‘perfect’ Priyanka as a friend for life for him, as well as, lauding her as a wonderful mother and a loving wife and a fantastic human being. He also wished her all the luck for the Gracia Raina Foundation (GRF).

His post reads, “More than a wife, in you I have found a friend for life. A wonderful Mom. A loving wife. Above all, a fantastic human being. Here’s wishing you a birthday as perfect as you, @_PriyankaCRaina. Keep up the great work you are doing with GRF. Loads of love,”

On the professional front, Raina returned to Indian One Day squad as he has been named as a replacement for Ambati Rayudu for the England tour after he failed to clear the mandatory Yo-Yo test. He will also play in the upcoming T20 Internationals in Ireland and England.
