Pakistan players spills the beans on their ‘Roti Group’

Pakistan is all set to play Scotland in the T20 Internationals next week.

Young Pakistan Cricket Team is celebrating the great bonding off the field and their healthy relationship is may be one of the factors of their success on the cricketing field in the recent years.

Recently, it is learned that Pakistan’s young squad have a WhatsApp group and name also a quite different – ‘Roti Group’ which has the players likes of Fakhar Zaman, Hasan Ali, Shadab Khan, Faheem Ashraf, Mohammad Nawaz and Usman Shinwari.

The above-mentioned players have been sharing a great bond both off and on the field, as they have often hang out together and interestingly, the most famous player in the group is Zaman.

As per reports in Brecorder, Zaman and Ashraf revealed, “Nawaz is the chief of the group. We go out together for a meal, as we have a group on WhatsApp so we just contact each other whenever there is an outdoor plan.”

Meanwhile, Ashraf also revealed that Zaman often teases other members of the group, especially Mohammad Nawaz. While Zaman signed off by saying, “Nawaz is a very sweet guy I just like to tease him a bit. However, it is very difficult for us to pass time without him as well.”

Noteworthy, Pakistan is all set to play Scotland in the two-match T20 International series to be played on June 12 and 13 after returning from England, where they tied the two-match Test series.
