Cameron Delport, the left-hand opening batsman from South Africa, who recently played a match-winning knock of 122 runs off 128 balls in Leicestershire's 5 wicket win over Durham in the ongoing List A domestic England competition, has dedicated his brilliant effort to his mother. Cameron, who was quite emotional after the match, wanted to do something for the lady who passed away at the start of this year.

The tragic incident happened while Cameron was playing in the Pakistan Super League(PSL), this march. At the time, the young man left immediately back home to Durban to attend the funeral on his mother's demise. As a result, he missed a few matches for his franchise. He was purchased by the Kolkata Knight Riders in this year's Indian Premier League but didn't make it to the first eleven.

It is unfortunate for a young upcoming bright talent to go through the pain of losing someone so close to him but life moves on. Cameron seems to bat every day to try and live upto his mother's expectation to see him excel in life.

Leicestershire county posted the moment when the left-hander got to his hundred over the social media network Twitter.

And Cameron Delport quote tweeted it with, "For you Mom❤️????????????"
