Sachin Tendulkar shares his love for reparing things

Sachin Tendulkar made himself busy with numerous business and philanthropic endeavours after retirement.

Indian cricket great Sachin Tendulkar, the man arguably with the most records in the cricket world, always believes in keeping himself busy whether be it projects related to sports or social causes.

Tendulkar, who spent 24 years of his life between 1989 and 2013 on the field in Indian colors and achieved a lot of laurels during his stellar playing career, has been continuously receiving the unchanged love and affection from fans despite retiring from the gentlemen's game with his social activities apart from his huge contribution to Indian cricket and involvement into the sport.

Despite not involving to the game of cricket, Tendulkar is already a very busy personality when it comes to retired cricketers. Heis very busy doing repair works at home. The master blaster also revealed that he used to enjoy repairing things in Indian dressing room during his playing days.

On the latest episode of comedian Vikram Sathaye's podcast, Viu's What the Duck 3, Tendulkar revealed, “I would just repair. Previously, even in the dressing room, I used to enjoy repairing things."

He signed off by saying, “Now, I would take that passion of reconstructing things back home. I would re-work on the paintings, the fan, glass windows. Basically, anything I could put my hand on. Anjali always asks me why I do this and would never be happy with this thought.”

Noteworthy, his son Arjun Tendulkar, who is an all-rounder, broke into India U 19 squad on Thursday (7 June) for the upcoming Sri Lanka tour.
