On the occasion of World Environment Day, the God of cricket, Sachin Tendulkar has come forward to urge people to look after the environment. All over the world, Environment Day is been celebrated on June 5.

As it is well known that Sachin Tendulkar is very active on social welfare and very fond of our surroundings and nature, he has come up with a video on Twitter in which he is addressing his listeners to give their bit towards saving the environment.

In the video, he is seen to inform people to save our nature and look after the environment. Greetings on World Environment Day, let us look after our environment.

As per the reports in TOI, Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli and wrestler Sushil Kumar joined hands to plant few saplings today in countrywide plantation occasion. In fact, the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi left no opportunity to mark his presence on such an auspicious day. 

Through this video, Tendulkar is trying to say that there is no plan B towards saving the environment other than planting trees.
