The 2005 Ashes heroes Kevin Pietersen and Andrew Flintoff are once again united but off the field, as the English duo are enjoying their off time together in France.
Pietersen, who recently retired from Cricket in March this year, is now enjoying the post-retirement life along with his former teammate Flintoff in France after completing his stint as Commentator in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018.
Both Pietersen and Flintoff are continuously sharing pictures of their France trip on their respective social media platforms, where the English legends look extremely happy back together.
The duo played a crucial role in England's success in world cricket; especially they are well remembered for their terrific performance in 2005 Ashes triumph as it was their first victory since 1986-87.
However, Pietersen, who is England’s highest run-scorer across all formats, had to end his international career because of both on and off field controversies after 2013-14 Ashes. Later, he has established himself as one of the best T20 league players in the globe, played in IPL, BBL, PSL, and CPL.
On the other hand, Flintoff’s international career was curtailed by the injuries and some of his off-field controversies but finished as one of leading all-rounders in the world in 2009.
At the moment, Pietersen has been working as Commentator and wildlife conservation, while Flintoff is a successful broadcaster, and TV panelist, and now the duo are sailing to France.
Pietersen has posted a video on his Instagram handle, where the duo was seen saying, “We are a team, we are back. We are sailing to France. What a day.”
