Last night, the Indian Captain Virat Kohli was present at the unveiling of the famous luxury car, the second generation Audi RS 5 Coupe. The right-hand Indian batting stalwart was quite happy to be there for the occasion as he is someone who has always come across very interested in owning luxurious things like cars from famous expensive brands. 

Virat expressed his affection for the same as well. He said, "I am a big fan of luxury cars, both sedans and SUVs. Usually, for everyday travel, I prefer to be sitting in an SUV but on other occasions, I prefer sedans more. I definitely do like luxury cars," 

"It has been really good. I am launching all the new cars, can't ask for anything more."

Rahil Ansari, head of Audi India, said their brand attracts achievers who are young, therefore the company is happy that Kohli is its customer as well. Virat owns a fleet of Audi cars.

Virat was also asked about his favourite weekend getaway at the occasion and he said, "I haven't had many opportunities to have such a getaway because if I have a weekend off, I prefer to be at home and just relax"

Virat has a busy season ahead with the responsibility to lead Royal Challengers Bangalore, in the ongoing Indian Premier League season and there is, of course, the long international season ahead with tours to England and Australia awaiting. Getting a chance to relax, must have been really welcome with him. 

When asked who is his favourite sporting hero, he took the name of his mentor & great Sachin Tendulkar. Virat said, "He is obviously Sachin Tendulkar".

Virat Kohli's RCB got off to a losing start in IPL 2018 as they lost their opener against KKR. Tonight they will be hosting Kings XI Punjab at the Chinnaswamy in their first home game for the season.
