With the fast-approaching 11th edition of the Indian Premier League, every cricketer is trying their bit to stay cheerful and in a right frame of mind. On Tuesday (March 27), India opener Shikhar Dhawan was seen reuniting with his family after travelling for almost 15 hours.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Dhawan posted a heart-warming video in which he was seen giving a pleasant surprise to his children. The southpaw also confirmed that he will spend the coming week with his beautiful family.

Shikhar Dhawan has played a key role in India’s recent triumph in the Nidahas Twenty20 tri-series in Sri Lanka. He has recorded the scores of 90, 55, 8, 35 and 10 in the tri-series. Shikhar will represent Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2018. SRH had used RTM card to secure the service of Dhawan for INR 5.20 crores during the auction in January.
Dhawan has scored 3561 runs in the IPL at a decent strike rate of 121 with a high score of 95*. He had a good tournament last season as he amassed 479 runs in 14 matches with a batting average of 36.84.
