Indian skipper Virat Kohli has been criticized for his on-field aggression. He was asked to tone that aggression down a bit by the former cricketers.

But Test vice captain Ajinkya Rahane thinks Virat doesn't need to change himself and he also added that aggression helps to get best out of him. 

"Aggression gets the best out of Virat Kohli," said Rahane. "We don't want to change anything about his aggression, about his approach when he is batting or when he is fielding."

Rahane also spoke about the spat between Quinton De Kock and David Warner. Rahane thinks they shouldn't have carried it off-field.

"I saw what happened during South Africa and Australia first Test but I feel what happens on the pitch should stay there," added Rahane.

Rahane wasn't picked in the first two Tests against South Africa. However, he returned in the third Test and scored an effective 48 in the second innings. India had won the third Test by 63 runs.

India's vice-captain also said missing out on the first two Tests provided him the extra motivation to perform in the final Test.

"Johannesburg was challenging but I was motivated as I didn't play the first two tests. I had worked very hard on my batting and when I got to know I am going to play the match, for me it was an opportunity to become a hero. I am really happy that I contributed towards India's victory."
