As the Australian bowling attack led by Mitchell Starc demolished the South African batting lineup in Durban, former Australian legendary pacer Glenn Mcgrath seemed to be very happy with their efforts.

McGrath firmly believes that Mitchell Starc & Co can inflict a washout on South Africa, who, the legendary pacer termed aren't the same team that they used to be in the past.

"SA are still not a bad team but I don't think they are quite the same side that they were. They haven't been playing with the same confidence. They did bounce back in the second innings. Yet they lost by a huge margin. I think our batsman need to improve a little bit and we have got the bowlers to pick 20 wickets and knock the South Africans over. Starc, Pat (Cummins), Josh (Hazlewood) and Nathan (Lyon) are bowling exceptionally well as a unit. I predict a 4-0 win for Australia," McGrath said.

McGrath believes Starc is the best pacer in the world right now."I think Starc is best. When he is swinging the new ball, he is the most dangerous bowler in the world. He has good pace, bowls attacking lengths swinging into stumps and he is always going to reverse the old ball. Starc takes the pitch out of the equation as he bowls attacking full lines. That's why he did well in Lanka, over here and he can do well anywhere in the world," added the 48-year-old.

McGrath also praised the Indian pace attack who before Australia tormented the South African batsmen throughout the Test series claiming all 60 wickets in the series.

Lauding new-entrant Jasprit Bumrah's ability to bowl consistently at the Test level and the rest of the Indian pacers, McGrath said skipper Virat Kohli now has the attack to pick 20 wickets but added consistency will be key.

"They are going well as a unit. If the bowlers can pick 20 wickets, then it's perfect. Their pacers Mohammad Shami, Bhuvneshwar (Kumar), Bumrah and Hardik (Pandya) did the job. They are confident and are a quality attack at the moment.
"I think the pitches in Australia won't be that helpful as they were in South Africa. But they will still be better for pacers than what it is in India. It is great to pick so many wickets in one series. But to be the No. 1 side consistently, you need to have a solid attack. Indian pacers have got the ability but they have to go out there and do it series after series consistently,"
he added.

McGrath concluded by saying that the Indian pacers who are improving with every outing needs to be consistent when they play England and Australia later this year.
