The All-India Women’s Selection Committee on Sunday (March 4) announced the 14-member India A squad, as well as, named Anuja Patil as Captain of the side for the two warm-up matches against Australia Women.

Meanwhile, Nuzhat Parween, who was dropped from the national squad for South Africa’s tour last month, has been given wicket-keeping duties for the warm-ups. The national selectors included out-of-favor international players Preeti Bose and Neha Tanwar in the squad.

The warm-ups will start with the first match on March 6 followed by the second match on March 8 at Bandra Kurla Complex stadium in Mumbai.

Following the warm-up games, India and Australia are scheduled to play three-match Paytm One-Day International series as part of the ICC Women’s Championship 2017-2020. The ODIs will be played on March 12, 15 and 18 in Vadodara –all matches will be played in the same vanue.
