Indian U19 skipper – Prithvi Shaw, on Sunday, said he needs complete support from his entire Team throughout the tournament to live the dream of winning the ICC U-19 World Cup 2018 in New Zealand.

India has won all three matches of the World Cup group stage of their Group B, registering a 100-run victory over a formidable Australian side followed by  10-wicket victories over Papua New Guinea (PNG) and Zimbabwe. India now will face Bangladesh in the quarter finals.

As per Press Trust of India, Prithvi Shaw said, “Our first eleven is still not fixed. It’s a team game and we need the support of all 15 players throughout the tournament.”

Shaw is highly impressed with left-arm spinner Anukul Roy who is the highest wicket take in the tournament so far with 10 wickets. He said, “Our spinners know how to take wickets, even in the power-play. Anukul takes wickets whenever we need them and he knows how to control the situation, understands what I need him to do.”

Besides India, England and New Zealand have won all their three games and made it to the knockout stage. England will face Australia on 23 January and Pakistan will play South Africa on 24 January, while Afghanistan is set to play New Zealand on January 25.
