ICC Test Bowlers Rankings -Ravichandran Ashwin ends 2017 at no.3; Ravindra Jadeja ends at no.4

James Anderson ended the year as the top ranked Test bowler.

Ashwin ended the year at no.3, while Jadeja finished on no.4

In the year end ICC Player Rankings for Test Bowlers, Indian’s spin twins Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin ended 2017 at no.4 and no.3 respectively.

The no.1 spot went to England’s James Anderson, while South African pacer Kagiso Rabada ended the year as the second ranked Test bowler.

India’s Jasprit Bumrah ended 2017 as the third ranked ODI bowler in the ICC Bowling Rankings of the limited overs format. Pakistan’s Hasan Ali was the top ranked ODI bowler, while Imad Wasim, piped Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan to take the second spot in the list.

Jasprit Bumrah and Yuzvendra Chahal were the best Indian bowlers in limited overs formats

Akshar Patel, 11th rank and Bhuvneshwar Kumar, 15th were the other two bowlers in the Top 20 ICC ODI Bowling Rankings. Yuzvendra Chahal features at the 16th position in the T20I Bowling Rankings.

James Anderson ended the year with 892 points to his name, despite England trailing 3-0 in the Ashes series. Morne Morkel returned in the Top 10 Test bowlers ranking at no.10 after two years, after his 5/21 against Zimbabwe, in the historic four day Test.
