Indian skipper Virat Kohli is setting new benchmarks in batting and scoring runs. He is climbing up the hill of records and no one has doubt that the Indian ace batsman will break all the records.

Former Pakistan cricketer Waqar Younis believes that Kohli's chances to achieve all batting records are high. Widely regarded as one of the most fearsome speedster, Waqar said that Kohli's fitness and dedication will help him reaching the top of every record.

The way he is maintaining his fitness and the way he enjoys his game and focusses on his skill level, I think he is destined to break all batting records in the years to come. The way I see it he should go on to achieve a lot of batting records,” Younis was quoted by IBTimes.

Virat is currently away from cricket and will join the Indian team for the overseas tour of South Africa next year in January. India, in his absence, was led by Rohit Sharma, who did well to win both ODI and T20I series with 2-1 and 3-0 against Sri Lanka, respectively.

Kohli-led team India will be tested in the South African conditions and it will be a good opportunity for them to register India's first Test series victory in South Africa.
