A genuine West Indian all-rounder- Dwayne Bravo, on Thursday, has become the first cricketer to take 400 wickets in T20s while playing for Melbourne Renegades in the Big Bash League (BBL).

He achieved the feat during his side Melbourne Renegades’ match against Hobart Hurricanes in KFC Big Bash League, taking five wickets and led his team to seven wickets victory.

Bravo, who adjusted the player of the match with figures of five for 28 from his four overs, last represented his country against Pakistan in September 2016 in T20 cricket, doesn’t believe he will make a possible return to the national side in any format of the game.

Bravo had said, “As far as internationals are concerned, I have been dropped from the West Indies team. I was dropped while I was fit. I don't think now, at 34, it would make any sense coming back.”

Now, the all-rounder has established himself as a T20 player and sees his future only in the various T20 leagues across the world.

According to a report in NDTV, Bravo said, “I am looking at these tournaments as a chance to continue playing cricket. As long as I can play cricket, I am happy. I just need to see what is left for me, for my fans to see Dwayne Bravo playing cricket. That is my priority.”
