Virender Sehwag thanks fans and owners after conclusion of T10 League

The inaugural edition of the T10 league concluded with Kerala Kings winning the trophy Former Indian opener Virender Sehwag on Tuesday expressed his gratitude to the franchise for making him a part of the league, ahead of his departure from the UAE.

Sehwag himself was the skipper of Maratha Arabians and made headlines for being one of the victims of Shahid Afridi who took the first hat-trick of the competition against Sehwag’s side.

Virender Sehwag was quick to thank the fans and franchises one and all and also spoke about the bright future of the tournament. Sehwag in his tweet thanked the Maratha Arabians fans and franchise.

Taking to his twitter handle, Sehwag wrote, “On my way back to India after an extremely thrilling and exciting @T10LeagueTweets in UAE! Thanks @marathaarabians @parvezkhan35 for making me a part of this successful adventure.”

Sehwag now is a full-time commentator after playing for India in his unique aggressive style for 13years. He will be back to mentoring Kings XI Punjab when the Indian Premier League in its eleventh edition gets started on April 1 2018.
