England’s limited overs skipper Eoin Morgan, who led the  Kerala Kings to their maiden T10 League title, lavished praise on his Middlesex and Kerala teammate Paul Stirling, saying he has a lot of talent but needs an exposure to show his talent to the world.

With the help of the brilliant partnership between Morgan and Stirling of 113-runs in 41 balls, Kerala won the 10-over tournament against Punjabi Legends at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Sunday night.

So far in the tournament, Stirling scored 181 runs in five matches, at an average of 90.50 and a strike-rate of 197. The Ireland batsman also smashed a ton against Afghanistan in a One Day International at the same ground just four days before the T10 League started here.

As per Espncricinfo, Morgan said, “I've played a lot with Paul, more so at Middlesex than anywhere else, and I have watched him come through. He is a hugely talented player, and I am really pleased for him that he has performed on a stage like this that is broadcast all around the world.”

He concluded, “It is fantastic for him because potentially he doesn't get the exposure that he should, being now a Test cricketer but back then an Associate cricketer. It is great to see him expose his talent.”
