The wedding news of India skipper Virat Kohli and Bollywood diva Anushka Sharma is pretty much confirmed. It is learnt that the ceremony will be held in Italy.

If the reports in Hindustan Times are to be believed, a heritage property within a resort in Tuscany is being decked up for the much talked about wedding of recent times, which is likely to take place next week.

Sources in Italy suggest that a high-security corridor has been thrown in the region of the resort with entry firmly constrained to guests with invitation. The sources further revealed that the arrangements for a typically Punjabi wedding are being made as the professional bhangra dancers were spotted entering the resort. The beats of drums and dhol-nagare came from the venue.

Reports in Hindustan Times also claim that couple's friends will be invited to a grand reception on December 26, which is to take place in Mumbai.

The top brass of BCCI, Bollywood celebrities and elite personalities from the corporate world have been reportedly invited to the reception.

Kohli is fairly open about his much-discussed relationship with the Bolly queen. In fact, the daring captain of Team India was the one who makes their relationship official by posting an image of him alongside Anushka on social photo site Instagram during Valentine’s Day earlier this year.

Virat, who is currently enjoying his time-off from cricket, is due to leave for South Africa on December 27 with the rest of the Indian team member. The first Test against South Africa is slated to take place in Cape Town on January 5.
