Bollywood diva Anushka Sharma’s spokesperson has put all sorts of speculations to rest by stating that rumors concerning the actress getting married to Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli next week in Italy are untrue.

On Wednesday (December 6), India Today had reported that the tentative dates for the wedding are December 9, 10, 11 and 12 and Kohli might leave for Italy on Thursday (December 7).

“There is absolutely no truth to it (rumors of marriage),” Anushka’s spokesperson was quoted by PTI as saying.

India Today had also reported that the couple’s family and friends have already booked a place in Italy for the wedding and the entire occasion is likely to be private.

The rumours intensified since fashion designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee was spotted exiting from Anushka's house last week and hence it was reported that bridal wear will be designed by Mukherjee. Moreover, Kohli’s rest for the limited-overs leg of the series against Sri Lanka sparked the rumors.

The power couple who often give relationship goals to many is fairly open about their relationship. In particular, Kohli – who made their relationship official by posting an image of him alongside Anushka on social photo site Instagram during Valentine’s Day earlier this year.

Virat even praised Anushka recently in Gaurav Kapur’s chat show ‘Breakfast with Champions’ by the terming the Bolly queen his lady luck.

"Luckily I have never tried to change myself over the years. But the flip has been because of her. That period in England in 2014. Anushka was there in my life, she understood what I was going through so she kept me motivated," Kohli had said in BWC.

"Her support helped me push through, however bad it was for me. She was a constant in that time... And then Australia happened (the tour in 2014-15 when Kohli scored four hundreds in four Tests) and I ended up scoring runs, in her presence,” he added.
